Short-term Goals:
- To provide current and future Miniature Texas Longhorn breeders with the information and support needed to build successful breeding operations.
- Unite Miniature Texas Longhorn breeders from around the world in an alliance that will further our overall mission
- Provide a centralized website where Miniature Texas Longhorn Breeders can list animals that are for sale, effectively reducing the frustration endured by potential buyers who currently have to comb the internet to find animals that are available for sale.
- Provide a comprehensive directory of all the breeders that are producing TLBAA registered Miniature Texas Longhorns and TLBAA registered Longhorns that are suitable for miniature breeding stock.
- Provide information regarding upcoming events (shows, sales and lectureships) that feature Miniature Texas Longhorns.
- Coordinate and sponsor various workshops that will help our members to improve their Miniature Texas Longhorn operations.
- Develop new marketing strategies for Miniature Texas Longhorns
Long-term Goals:
- Transition all of the miniature Texas Longhorns out of the standard TLBAA registry and into the new Miniature Registry
- Work as a partner with the TLBAA to increase the involvement of the miniature breeders within the association
- Become a TLBAA Affliate
